Duration of Stay - A two-night stay is requested on weekends.
A three-night stay is requested on some holiday weekends.
A two-night stay is requested from May through October.

Check-In / Check-Out - Guests are welcome to check-in between 4-6 p.m. (arrangements must be made in advance for alternate arrivals). Check-out time is till 11 a.m.

Breakfast - A full complimentary breakfast is included with your stay.

Children - Children 9 years and older are welcome.

Internet Access - We are wireless in every room.

Parking - Private parking on grounds.

Pets - We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

Smoking - Smoking is only permitted on the front porch.

Rates - Rates are subject to change.

Payment - A 50% deposit by check is required to secure your reservation for more than a one-night stay. Tax is an additional charge. For reservations of one night only, full payment in advance, by check, is required. We anticipate receiving your deposit check within 5-7 days of making your reservation. Confirmation letters will be sent upon receipt of your deposit check. Balance of payment can be made by personal check, travelers check, cash, Visa, or Mastercard, though checks are preferred.

Cancellation Policy - Fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation arrival date and one (1) month prior to the reservation arrival date when three (3) or more rooms are reserved. A six (6) week cancellation is required for graduations. For all cancelled reservations a $35 service fee will be deducted from the deposit.
